My career didn't start in a boardroom or consulting firm. It started in a warehouse, doing the work that I now help companies optimize. Over three decades, I've progressed from warehouse operations through every level of management to President and VP of Operations roles.
This journey provided real-world operational experience combined with deep technical understanding. I didn't just study business and technology—I lived it, implemented it, and led it.
